This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and okconsultings.com that covers all Trello, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PDF templates, spreadsheets, or software built by okconsultings.com.
LICENSING
By downloading, copying, accessing, or otherwise using any of our templates, you agree to abide by the following terms:

You may NOT sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend or otherwise transfer for value templates without the written permission of okconsultings.com.

User has the full responsibility for using the text, logic, or calculation algorithm provided within templates. In no event shall okconsultings.com be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

You may NOT distribute, publish to an online gallery, host on a website, or place on any server in a way that makes templates available to the general public.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
All title and copyrights in and to the template, and any copies of the template, are owned by okconsultings.com. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by okconsultings.com.
Use of any template for any purpose other than expressly permitted in this TERMS OF USE is prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
LICENSE
Okconsultings.com is not associated with Atlassian and Microsoft Corporation. You still need to have access to Trello powered by Atlassian, Google Docs, or Microsoft Office to be able to use okconsultings.com products.
PRICING POLICY
For okconsultings.com products, prices can change from time to time completely under our own initiative. New prices become valid after the change and we do not provide any returns or extra charges for prior purchases due to price change.
REFUND POLICY
Since we are selling only digital products they are not returnable after purchase.
